Staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the room was clean and in a perfect location in central Bristol. It was quiet, the views of Bristol were amazing from the 6th floor! A two minute walk to Cabot Circus shopping centre and bus routes going all over Bristol and Somerset over the road were easily accessible.

Parking facilities were excellent being able to offload from the NCP Carpark under cover and check in before parking the car. A cost of £20 for the 24 hours applied which we settled at reception. Subsequently reception activated the ticket to enable us to get through the barrier upon leaving. Comfortable, quiet room. Close enough for the Registry Office where we were headed on foot. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety, hot plates, plenty of assistance. Our waitress, Mriktta, was especially delightful.

The location was perfect for our visit to Bristol. The rooms were some of the most comfortable hotel rooms I have ever stayed in and were super clean. We loved the hand written noted on the mirrors! The hotel staff were always happy and friendly.

The parking was situated perfectly and we walked straight from the car a couple of steps into the reception area. Immediately we were pleased with how light the area was and the welcome we received. The room was easily accessible (lift) and we were pleased with how spacious our room was. There was water and a couple of snacks in the fridge and tea, coffee and biscuits. The little note on the mirror was a nice touch too. The bed was comfy and the breakfast the next morning was exceptional.

This location is in the middle of the Center of Bristol and very near to mostly everything you need. It was so convenient to walk to the coach station, shopping center and clubs. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was so tasty and cooked fresh. The staff was amazing and willing to help. Good quality hotel and good service delivered. The staff was friendly, helpful, kind, understanding and they made sure we are happy. We've been to lots of hotels , but we are happy to say this is the best hotel by far. From we arrived staff was very welcoming in everyway, it was a joy staying at this hotel and we definitely will be staying at this hotel again without a doubt.

Location was ideal for my needs as it was close to the BRI Heart Hospital where I had to be the next morning for major surgery! On arrival the Hotel staff were great, making several concessions available to my wife and I, none of which applied to me, but all were pertinent to my wife and daughter for the following day.

Very comfortable bed, great shower and lovely breakfast. The rooms are well designed and have everything you need. I particularly liked the hairdryer with mirror not being in the bathroom which is the norm in some hotels.

The room was fantastically clean and we loved the friendly notes left for us on the mirror. The sofa bed was already made up for the children. We were really impressed with the play area in the restaurant which my 3 year old and 9 year old both enjoyed immensely (my eldest son read a whole diary of a wimpy kid book from the shelf over the course of the three meals we enjoyed with you). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a good selection of food. The location was great for our short weekend break, we don’t have a car, so being in the heart of the city meant we could get to all the attractions easily.

Loved the suite for our family of five. The sofa bed was no way big enough to sleep two, but the staff kindly bought a extra put up bed. We were really comfortable and there was loads of space. The bathroom was huge and the children loved the fact there was a TV in the bathroom! The breakfast was amazing!

Great buffet breakfast in lovely spacious restaurant with views over central bristol, large rain shower in our en suite, helpful staff who were unobtrusive- feels like a proper hotel!
